I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money is exceptional. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the high standard of service and attention to detail. Secondly, the location is ideal - situated in a safe and quiet area with an excellent bus service right across the road, making it easy to explore the city. Thirdly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern and nice bathroom facilities. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with piping hot tea and toast to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

I had a very pleasant stay at a charming B&B in Edinburgh. The owner, Sandra, were really good too accommodate us when our travel agency made a mistake. The room wasnice and neat, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient for walking to the city center or taking a short bus ride. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious Scottish specialties.
